Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of 10100 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any third party. 10100 will never ask for your password via email or phone at any time. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. Accounts found to be using false information or abusing the system may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any time.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 10100 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the security or normal operation of the 10100 platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the rights of third parties.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 10100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. We do not charge any additional fees for deposits made using the listed local payment methods.
Withdrawals are subject to the platform's identity verification policy and minimum withdrawal limits. 10100 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected to be linked to fraud or a breach of terms. Completed and processed transactions cannot be reversed unless a technical error on the platform's part can be demonstrated. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
